Design Concept:
The Frame Resort in Tumkur was designed to provide an oasis of relaxation and luxury, blending contemporary interiors with natural elements. Inspired by the serene landscape, the concept emphasizes sustainability and harmony with the environment. Earthy tones, organic materials, and eco-friendly finishes are central to the design.
Lobby and Reception:
The lobby features a double-height ceiling with a dramatic wooden beam structure. The reception desk, made from reclaimed teak wood, is paired with a backdrop of a vertical garden wall. Comfortable seating areas with plush cushions in muted tones are placed strategically, allowing guests to relax while enjoying the serene ambiance.

Guest Rooms:
Each guest room is designed as a private retreat with large windows offering panoramic views of the lush surroundings. The interiors feature neutral tones with accents of deep green and terracotta. Custom-crafted furniture made from locally sourced wood adds a personal touch, while soft area rugs and layered textiles enhance comfort.

Dining Area and Café:
The dining space is open and airy, with wooden ceiling rafters and pendant lights that create a cozy atmosphere. Tables are made of natural stone with sleek metal bases, paired with chairs upholstered in earthy hues. The café includes an accent wall featuring artwork inspired by Tumkur’s local culture.

Spa and Wellness Center:
The spa incorporates natural stone walls, wooden flooring, and subtle lighting to create a tranquil experience. Treatment rooms include private decks that open to landscaped gardens, reinforcing the connection with nature.

Outdoor Spaces:
Outdoor lounges with pergolas are spread throughout the resort, offering shaded areas to relax. A central courtyard with a water feature adds to the calming atmosphere. Walking paths lined with native plants encourage guests to explore the serene surroundings.
