No hidden costs! The package price covers all design services mentioned. Actual furniture, materials, and contractor costs for implementation are separate and depend on your choices. We provide shopping lists with options across different budgets.
Do you provide services across India?
Yes! Since our services are primarily remote, we cater to clients all across India. For Luxe package clients, we offer in-person site visits in metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune). For other cities, we conduct virtual assessments.
How many revisions are included?
Starter includes 1 revision round, Signature includes 2 revision rounds, and Luxe includes unlimited revisions. Additional revision rounds can be purchased as add-ons for Starter and Signature packages.
Can I design multiple rooms?
Yes! You can add multiple rooms to any package. Multi-room discounts apply: 10% off for 2 rooms, 15% off for 3 rooms, and 20% off for 4+ rooms. Contact us for whole-home design projects.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D designs?
2D designs include floor plans and mood boards showing furniture layout from a top view. 3D renders are photorealistic images showing exactly how your space will look from different angles, including lighting, textures, and materials.
What if I am not satisfied with the design?
Your satisfaction is our priority! Each package includes revision rounds to refine the design based on your feedback. If you are still not satisfied after all revisions, we offer a partial refund policy. Please check our refund policy for details.
